For me throughout the semester it was tougher to make the
elevator pitch videos, and the interviews due to the fact it was harder to
conduct and get though for time reasons. Yet the most interesting aspects were
hearing from various people and their needs for my opportunity and venture. The
most formative experience being the readings that helped me see how
professional organizations may gather information for target audiences and how necessary
it is to see the needs of your costumers to make a product as spot on. As for
the experience that I will remember years later is the idea napkin as it helped
me realize what I needed for my venture and how to formulate the correct response
to what is needed. The most joyous experience
was coming up with the idea for what I wanted to create. Lastly, I am most
proud of accomplishing all of the interviews.
I would say that I do have the mindset to be an entrepreneur
but do not see myself as one since I have not created the real business yet. I would
say that a good recommendation for those going down this path is to be opened
minded and willing to change your idea based off of feedback and the signs of
the times. In order to foster this mindset you will have to take chances and
reach out of your comfort zone to random people to get a good grasp of what you
need to accomplish.

Hey Austin,
ReplyDeleteI liked how your most memorable experience from the class was the idea napkin assignment. I believe it was a great experience for us to brainstorm all the aspects of our business and our individuality to help design it thoroughly. I was also most proud of completing interviews as well so I am glad that you felt the same. I think your advice for future students was great.
All the best,
Luis
